据塔斯社10月24日报道，俄罗斯财政部长西卢安诺夫日前表示，即使保守估算，俄罗斯未来几年每年仍将获得超过8万亿卢布、约合人民币9411亿元的石油和天然气收入。
西卢安诺夫称，这一数据是按油价在每桶70美元、俄罗斯原油日产量约为1000万桶的保守数据上估算出来的。
俄罗斯财政部9月底发布预测显示，预计2023年至2025年俄石油和天然气每年基本收入为8万亿卢布，超过这个水平的被视为额外收入，而预计2023年的额外收入为9390亿卢布、约合人民币1109亿元。
